Grill

Grill the collar for 25 minutes at 200 °C.

Oven

Fry the collar in a pan over medium heat until it is brown all around before finishing in the oven. Heat in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 °C.

84% pork, water, garlic, sugar, salt, herbs and spices, chili pepper, onion, celery, carrot, mustard, molasses, invert sugar syrup, sunflower oil, flavour enhancer (E621, E635), natural flavouring, yeast extract, paprika concentrate.
