Spare Ribs are best when the meat has been cooked for such a long time that it almost falls off the bone by itself. We have given Spare Ribs a slightly spicy glaze. Finger-licking good!
Grill
Glaze the spareribs. Grill them indirectly for around 15 minutes at 200 °C. Glaze again halfway through heating.
Oven
Glaze the spareribs. Place them on baking paper or liner in a pre-heated oven at 200 °C. Heat for around 15 minutes. Glaze again halfway through heating.
