Heat the poussin in the vacuum pack for 15 minutes at 85 °C. Then fry it in a pan over medium heat until golden all over.
Divide into portions and grill for 20 minutes at 200 °C.
Heat in the oven for 20 minutes until the chicken is a lovely golden brown. You could also halve the poussin.
