Slow-cooked with a seasoning of a.o.cayenne pepper, chili pepper, paprika, ginger and garlic, then pulled: that’s our Pulled Chicken Piri Piri. The only thing missing is a nice cold brew.
Au-Bain-Marie
Heat the Pulled Chicken in the vacuum pack for 10 minutes at 85 °C.
Pan
Heat for 5-8 minutes over medium heat. Stir regularly.
Oven
Place the Pulled Chicken in an oven dish. Place the oven dish in a in a pre-heated oven at 200°C. Heat for 5-8 minutes.
