Slow-cooked with a seasoning of a.o.cayenne pepper, chili pepper, paprika, ginger and garlic, then pulled: that’s our Pulled Chicken Piri Piri. The only thing missing is a nice cold brew.

Au-Bain-Marie

Heat the Pulled Chicken in the vacuum pack for 10 minutes at 85 °C.

Pan

Heat for 5-8 minutes over medium heat. Stir regularly.

Oven

Place the Pulled Chicken in an oven dish. Place the oven dish in a in a pre-heated oven at 200°C. Heat for 5-8 minutes.

88% chicken meat, seasoning (cane sugar, cayenne pepper, chilli pepper, sea salt, paprika, onion, garlic, oregano, sunflower oil, parsley, black pepper, cumin seed, ginger, coriander), salt, acid (E326, E330), preservative (E262), buffered vinegar.
