Au-Bain-Marie
Heat the ossobuco in the vacuum pack for 15 minutes at 85 °C.
Pan
Heat oil or butter in a pan at medium heat. Heat the ossobuco with the gravy for 8 minutes. Turn regularly.
Oven
Place the ossobuco with the gravy in an oven dish. Place the oven dish in a in a pre-heated oven at 200°C. Heat for 12 minutes.
