Our products are skillfully prepared, by collaboration between chefs and butchers. This way we are assured the highest quality. Our meat comes from the very best breeds, like Angus and Iberico. The meat is processed with care and skill by our butchers. Depending on the type of meat, our chefs then add a delicious marinade and/or rub. This gives the meat a deliciously rich flavour but still allows chefs to give it their own signature.

The Chevide products are cooked low & slow, mainly sous-vide. The meat is cooked at a constant temperature. It is then immediately vacuum-packed, retaining the flavours, texture, juices, vitamins and minerals in the meat. The constant cooking method also ensures consistent quality. So that you as a chef can serve an extremely tender and delicious piece of meat.
