Au-Bain-Marie

Heat the sausages in the vacuum pack for 8 to 10 minutes at 85 °C

Pan

Heat oil or butter in a pan at medium heat. Heat the sausages for 8 minutes. Turn regularly.

Oven

Place the sausages on baking paper or liner in a pre-heated oven at 200°C. Heat for around 8 to 10 minutes.

62% pork, 26% pork bacon, 9% cheddar cheese (milk, salt, starter culture (milk), microbial rennet, colour (E160b)), salt, 1% Jalapeno pepper, herbs, spices, preservative (E250), stabiliser (E450, E451), emulsifier (E471, E472c), pork casing, natural smoke.
